In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible, Victor Hugo Clinic offers the following services :
An individual safety deposit box is available in your cubicle or room to store your personal belongings.
A valet will be at the front of the clinic from 7:30 a.m. and charges the patient €10 if attending a consultation and €15 if attending an outpatient procedure.
You may even leave your car if you are hospitalised for a few days at a rate of €25 per day.
Please do not leave any objects in your vehicle because the car park is not monitored. The clinic declines all responsibility in case of theft or accident.
Ambulances and taxis are allowed to park at the entrance to the Victor Hugo Clinic. This area is also available for people with reduced mobility to get out of their vehicle. You must then leave the area and park your vehicle in the clinic’s car park.
On-street parking is available around the clinic. Two car parks are located close to the clinic (5-minute walk). Foch and Victor Hugo car parks.
All rooms at the Victor Hugo Clinic are equipped with a telephone. To benefit from this paid service, you must request it as part of the pre-admission or admission procedures. You can also ask a member of our healthcare team during your stay.

When using the television or radio please respect the needs of other patients and allow them to rest.
At the Victor Hugo Clinic you can request various subscription packages (day, week) to access the Wi-Fi network. Pricing information can be obtained from reception or the clinic’s website.
